Helping Helena Cope with COVID-19

The COVID-19 outbreak presents a unique challenge to many people living with mental illness and their families. Doing the right thing, like social distancing and self-quarantine, to slow the spread of the virus should be everyone's top priority. However, these measures can result in feelings of isolation, anxiety, and depression.

We want to do our part by providing mental health resources that can be used from home.

The Awareness Network is offering to reimburse people in the Helena-area for a month subscription to any app recommended by the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA).

ADAA recommended apps can be found HERE.

Once you have paid for your subscription, please email the Awareness Network at contact@awarenessnetwork.org with a copy of your receipt and what address you would like your reimbursement check mailed to.

Please note:

  • This offer is open to anyone living in Lewis and Clark County, Montana

  • Some ADAA recommended apps are free

  • As the situation develops, the Awareness Network may offer to extend subscriptions on a month-to-month basis
