Tues., July 14: Learn how to save a life from suicide AND earn a $5 gift card for attending! Set for 5:30 p.m., this free, 2-hour session of the suicide prevention training QPR is intended for anyone 18 years old and over. It will teach participants the skills they need to help friends, neighbors, and loved ones who are struggling with thoughts of suicide.
The training will be held virtually. Class size is limited to 20 participants. You must attend the entire training to receive a gift card. The training is brought to you in partnership with the Awareness Network, which is generously providing gift cards to attendees.

Fri., July 24: 2020 Montana Conference on Suicide Prevention, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Copper King Hotel & Convention Center in Butte. The Montana Conference on Suicide Prevention is the statewide annual conference on suicide prevention in Montana. The 8th Annual Conference is hosted by AFSP Montana Chapter with assistance from the Big Sky Council of AACAP, and NAMI Montana.
This conference brings together advocates and professionals in learning about suicide prevention strategies in the state and across the nation and equips attendees with strategies in preventing suicide. The conference is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
